The piece took 6 months to complete, and is a masterpiece of patience and perfection. Created using acrylic on MDF board, giving a precise almost-digital perfection, Elliott meticulously created this work from various photographic visits to the tower, and a lot of precisely measured layers, with the help from (a lot of) masking tape. 

This piece weighs almost 20kg and measures 124cm across. Fans of Birmingham’s history, development and modern architecture will love this one-of-a-kind piece.
