Chill with Salvador

‘Chill with Salvador’ is an original humorous artwork by German artist Theresa Franziska Jaenisch.

Each of Theresa’s unique paintings have a story behind the characters, written on the back of the work. The story for this artwork follows:

Once a week, I meet up with my colleague Salvador. We drink lots of absinthe, and we attempt to dry out and flatten his considerable watch collection. His watches are often clammy and hang in all his rooms. Sometimes we do the mascara together too. After the meetings, I’m always exhausted and have very glassy eyes, but we always have fun.
